Shipping and return policies for NYIKO

Shipping Info
- Most orders ship within 48 hours.
- Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority which takes 2-3 business days.
- We ship to other countries via USPS International Priority which takes 6-10 business days.
- Domestic orders can be tracked by sending an email to info@nyiko.com. Please put "Tracking Info Request" in the subject line of your email. Please also put your name and receipt number in the body of the email.
- Sorry, international orders cannot be tracked.
Return Policy
- We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receipt.
- We will issue refunds or exchanges for any reason on unworn/unwashed apparel.
- We will issue refunds or exchanges for any reason on unopened factory sealed products.
- We will issue exchanges for defective products. Note: we will exchange for only the exact same product.
- Please send an email to info@nyiko.com with your name and receipt number explaining the issue.
